Selection includes (2) on-site visits (at your request and with activities/topics of your choice), up to 10 hours per month phone or video consultation, and coaching/teaching to engage with issues and opportunities in your district and beyond.

 

Building Administrators and Aspiring Central Office Personnel
 

Selection includes leadership training sessions for up to 12 individuals.  Training is delivered via 6 monthly on-site sessions (Recommend Sept, Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, March.)  Customizable to fit your district's specific needs and goals.

Successful School Board Operations

Selection includes (3) on-site visits.  Visits include (1) board meeting observation and (2) board work sessions.  Training focuses on efficient and effective board meetings and appropriate school board involvement and responsibilities.  Customizable to fit your district's specific needs.

School Board / Superintendent Relations

Selection includes (3) on-site visits.  Visits include (1) board meeting observation and (2) board/superintendent work sessions.  Training focuses on appropriate division of responsibility to ensure smooth and effective school operations.  

Specialized / Custom Programming
